Deborah Daka, a native of Maryland, has dedicated her entire educational journey to her home state, spanning from elementary school to postgraduate studies. Her academic pursuits have revolved around Management and Healthcare Administration, culminating in the attainment of a master's degree in Public Health and Business Administration.

Deborah's career choices have been profoundly influenced by her unwavering passion for enhancing healthcare and the overall well-being of individuals. Presently, she holds a pivotal position as a Financial Advisor on the executive board of Adegrange. However, her ambitions extend far beyond the realm of financial matters. Her vision encompasses the establishment of a homeless shelter, the launch of a home healthcare practice, and the creation of transformative programs aimed at empowering teenage girls.

Armed with the dual expertise of an MBA/MPH and an unshakable faith in Christ, Deborah is steadfastly committed to realizing these noble objectives. Her personal creed and mission are succinctly encapsulated in the timeless adage, "be the change you want to see." Prior to her role at Adegrange, Deborah served as a Financial Advisor on the executive board of Paha Africa, where her contributions helped raise over 7,000USD to support healthcare initiatives in Ogwashi-uku. Paha Africa successfully executed groundbreaking projects such as "The Better Eye for a Better Africa" and "Malaria House to House," benefiting more than 700 participants.

Deborah's dedication to humanitarian causes extends further as she has collaborated with the St. Vincent De Paul Society, engaging in homeless outreach efforts throughout New York City. Growing up as the child of a pastor, Deborah gained a unique perspective on the lives of many individuals. Her parents' steadfast commitment to assisting families in dire circumstances laid the solid foundation for her altruistic drive to aid others. This upbringing instilled in her a profound sense of the importance of creating an inclusive, compassionate, and supportive environment. She tirelessly endeavors to foster a nurturing atmosphere where children are made to feel cherished and understand that their dreams have no bounds.
